Pelton turbine (also called impulse turbine or action turbine) is the best model for developing high water head with little flow water power resource. It has good characteristics like less investment, high efficiency, small size and compact structure. Both vertical and horizontal types can be provided, with single nozzle, twin or multi- nozzles.
