HVG MARINE OUTFITTING EQUIPMENT 0009: Base Materials of Marine Grating:
Q235A carbon steel, stainless steel (1cr18ni9ti stainless steel ordinary material) resin glass fiber reinforced plastic grille( FRP fiber reinforced composite plastics)
- Materials of Marine Grating:
- Plain type flat steel,I-bar type flat steel and FRP reinforced composite plastic
- Surface treatment of marine grating:
- General hot dip galvanized process is for carbon steel
- Acid picking and polishing processing are for stainless steel.
The main particularity of selecting material, welding and galvanizing:
1.Raw material requirements: Good toughness of steel is one of the most critical requirements. In addition, high strength, good corrosion resistance and processing forming performance and surface quality are important. The requirements of the chemical composition Mn/C is above 2.5 for assuring quality and ensuring enough toughness.Flat steel type mainly has:25×5mm,32×3mm,40×3mm,50×5mm, etc.Wrapped edge flat steel specification shall be as wide as bearing flat steel and not less than 5 mm thickness of flat steel. The twisted square steel diameter of width direction must be Φ 8mm.The material must be carbon structural steel Q235A or 1cr18ni9ti stainless steel.
2.Welding processing requirements:Each bearing flat steel and package edge flat steel are two-side package fillet welding, the welding seam is not less than 3 mm;Each bearing flat steel and the joint of twisting rod are full welding; Must remove splash, welding slag, burr and grinding after After finishing black pieces production of the semi-finished products. The four angle has no sharp edges and the whole is flat.
3.The galvanized layer requirements of marine grille: When the thickness of the bearing flat steel is not less than 5 mm, the average zinc layer weight after galvanizing is not less than 610 g / ㎡;When the thickness of the bearing flat steel is less than 5 mm,the average zinc layer weight after galvanizing is not less than 460 g / ㎡.The quality requirements comply with the latest GB/T13912-2008 standard.
