    Very high frequency (VHF) is the GMDSS system important component and it is radio equipment that mainly used in communication with risks and nearby rescue. It can use all VHF channels that are assigned for the international marine mobile service. When the emergency encounters to be possible, it will transmit the distress signal to other ships or the sea patrol leader in 16 channels. It is approved by IEC 61097-12, MSC.149 (77) and CCS.
