HVG KITCHEN EQUIPMENT 0043: Marine Electric Deck Oven

Marine Electric Deck Oven is a kind of marine kitchen device. The oven is deck type which has the advantages of large capacity, low consumption, and convenience. It employs the thermostat which is imported form Germany. The cooking temperature can be adjusted from 60℃ to 320℃. Each compartment of the oven is installed with a pair of heating elements which are controlled separately. The bottom compartment is designed as an open cabinet for storing baking plates. According to your requirement, we can replace the bottom compartment with a fermentation room. There are four models that you can choose from. Features

Overall structure of stainless steel imported temperature controller
Two sets of upper and lower heater each of them can be independently control
Oven temperature can be set freely between 60℃and 320℃, and automatically keep constant temperature
Lower oven can be replaced for fermentation box according to requirements. Combined with baking tray bracket at the bottom. Two type of door can be chosen: designed with visible glass window(C), completely stainless steel type（B）
