HVG MARINE AUXILIARY MACHINERT 0090:  Bilge Water Clarifier

HVG MARINE AUXILIARY MACHINERT 0090:  Bilge Water Clarifier Device is used to separate oily water in bilge to make the discharge water meet the requirements of IMO MEPC.107 (49) Resolution. HVG MARINE AUXILIARY MACHINERT 0090:  Bilge Water Clarifier device is mainly constituted by the 1st stage coalescer, the 2nd stage filter, the 3rd stage membrane, electric control box, oil content meter, MONO pump, pneumatic valve, pressure controller, temperature controller and so on.

The combination offers of Bilge Separator include level controller and bottom valve.

The electric control box is installed on the main body of the device. Main function:

• a) The control box can control the start and stop of pump manually and automatically;
• b) The control box has power supply indicator, operation indicator and fault alarming indicator
• c) The control box has Synthesis Fault Alarming Remote Transmission.
• d) The control box functions together with bilge level controller.
  Main function

The device adopts electrical heating; the 1st stage cone wave plate gravity and coalesce separation; the 1st and the 2nd stage fiber filter and the 3rd stage membrane permeation in order to make the treated bilge water meet the requirements of discharge standard of the resolution of IMP MEPC.107 (49).
