Bulb flats offer signeficent benefits in shipbuilding stiffener applications. Bulb flats provide benefits during the initial steel construction phase, and also during the working life of a ship or other products on which they are used. The bulb flats are economical, efficient and reliable. Because of rounded edges, there is no need for edge grinding before painting, saving time and money. The bulb flats we provided are manufactured complying with European standard EN10067:1997. They are produced from steel grades which conform with the requirements of CCS, ABS, GL, KR, NK, RINA, DNV, BV, LR. The steel grades are as bellow: grade A, B, D, E, AH32, DH32, EH32, AH36, DH36, EH36, AH40, DH40, EH40. If you have any specific requirements, we are able to customize products for you.
