Brief Introduction
Launch ships and vessels airbags can be used to launch or land various kinds of vessels. But they are widely used for launching barges. Barge is a popular vessel for transportation especially on inland rivers. The bottom of barge is flat, which is more suitable for airbags. Airbags are specially designed for a safer and smoother way of ship launching and landing. With cylindrical rubber body and two hemispherical ends, ship launching airbags are ideal to support and launch vessels up to 100,000 DWT with less limitations on launching facilities and landform.
Structure of Marine Launch Vessel Rubber Airbags
Marine rubber airbag typically has a body of cylindrical shape and two conical heads, one at each end. At each head end, there is a metal bushing as a mouth for air inflation and the plug with a ring.
