HVG DREDGING EQUIPMENT 0051: Single-walled Dredge Pump

Description

Our single-walled dredge pump is suitable to different types of dredgers.This single-walled dredge pump system is always highly efficient.Because of its excellent,stable suction pump performance,long wear life and minimum maintenance,the system is able to handle bigger volumes in less time and at a lower cost.The pumps are optimized by CFD (computer fluid dynamics) to get the highest pump efficiency at maximum sphere clearances over a wide range. The pumps are also designed to get an even wear with minimal wear rates.

The bearing blocks of the standard pumps are of a very strong rugged design, resulting in a long lifetime. Optionally, the pumps may be delivered with an integrated gearbox, a combination of a bearing block, pedestal and reduction gears.

The wet parts of our dredge pumps are made of extremely hard and wear-resistant materials. This improves both the life-time and maintenance intervals, which entails an ongoing high performance. The impellers of our dredge pumps are designed to maintain a high performance, even when it is used extensively.
